Fokus Property Fund Finland Celebrated Its 20th Anniversary on 5 February 2026

Investors, lenders, partners and the fund team of Fokus Property Fund Finland gathered to celebrate the fund’s anniversary and its strong long-term performance.

The fund team, investors, lenders and partners of Fokus Property Fund Finland came together to celebrate 20 successful years of the fund’s operations and its strong results at Restaurant 10. Kerros on Thursday, 5 February 2026. During the evening’s speeches, one theme in particular stood out: the fund’s stable and strong long-term returns are built on skilled people and long-term collaboration.

The official programme of the 20th anniversary event looked both to the past and, above all, to the future. Pertti Vanhanen, a key figure behind the establishment of the fund, shared memories from the early days and the atmosphere surrounding its launch. The event’s guest speaker, futurist Ilkka Halava, presented his perspectives on the likely and possible future developments in Finland and globally. Pekka Riikonen, Fund Manager of the fund, brought together past and future in his speech, offering insights into both the history of the fund and its future direction.
