Fokus Property Fund Finland I completes successful property acquisition in Espoo
Fokus Property Fund Finland I (FPFF) has successfully completed the acquisition of a service and commercial property in Espoo. The fund acquired the property located at Friisinmäentie 5, which represents modern and sustainable commercial property development in the Helsinki metropolitan area.
Built in 2020, the property is situated in a logistically excellent location directly alongside the Turku Highway (National Road 1), at the Laajalahti interchange near Ring Road I and Leppävaara. The location offers excellent transport connections by both public transit and private car, and the nearby Leppävaara train station makes the property easily accessible from a wide catchment area.
The property has a leasable area of 3,643 m² and sits on a plot of 7,456 m² zoned for commercial and office development. The anchor tenants are Autoklinikka, Fixus, and Plus Katsastus.
