Our Asset Management team is responsible for the systematic and long-term development of each property throughout its lifecycle. We prepare annual business plans for every asset and deliver them in close cooperation with our project management, finance, and property management teams. We manage leasing proactively and strategically to secure competitive occupancy levels and value-enhancing lease structures, while driving cash flow optimisation and sustainable asset improvements. We offer investors transparent and up-to-date insights into asset performance, ensuring that every property operates according to its strategy and develops sustainably year after year.

Our Fund Management services are built on experienced and specialised teams with deep expertise in real estate funds, credit funds, and active asset management. We operate as an authorised Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM/FAIF) and comply with the high quality and responsibility standards set by Nordic financial regulators.
