About the job

We are looking for a Letting Manager to strengthen Fokus Nordic’s team and to develop our clients’ commercial properties both in the Helsinki metropolitan area and in other major cities. The portfolio includes logistics and light industrial, retail premises, and offices.

As a Letting Manager, you identify the potential of each space and ensure we find the right users for it. In this role, you will play a key part in developing our leasing operations and customer experience. You are a natural partner for both small entrepreneurs and large international companies, and you know how to find solutions that serve tenants’ needs.

You’ll succeed in this role if you have:

• experience in leasing or selling commercial real estate, or in occupier/office premises consulting
• strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, and a genuine interest in client work
• the ability to understand space branding and marketing—how to make premises attractive and distinctive in the market
• a proactive, goal-oriented approach combined with a team-player mindset
• technical understanding of properties and space functionality, supporting the identification of client needs and the tailoring of solutions

We require strong Finnish and English skills and at least five years of relevant industry experience. We also prefer a degree from a University of Applied Sciences (AMK).
