The whole Color Factory area is approximately 40 hectares, and the first phase of the zoning plan covers about one-quarter of this area. PPG Tikkurila owns the majority of the 20.7-hectare development area, which is closely integrated with Tikkurila\u2019s existing city center and future tram line, offering excellent connectivity and urban accessibility.
