When the five-person accounting firm Seuraamo Oy moved to new premises on Malmin Kauppatie in March 2026, its goal was to find an office that genuinely supports its day-to-day work. After just over a month in the new premises, the decision has proved to be the right one, and the team has settled in well.

Above all, Seuraamo wanted its new premises to be both practical and comfortable.

“We were looking for premises with all the essential facilities in place, including good ventilation, a lift and convenient transport connections. It was also important for us to have one larger shared space instead of several small rooms. We work remotely a great deal, so when we are at the office, it is valuable to have everyone in the same space rather than having to move from room to room,” says Susanna Arola, CEO of Seuraamo Oy.

Staying in Malmi was a natural choice, as the company already knew the area well and appreciated its central location. The office building is situated in the heart of Malmi, just a short walk from the railway station and bus stops.

A Smooth Leasing Process Made the Move Easy

Once suitable premises had been found, the cooperation with Fokus Nordic proceeded smoothly from start to finish.

“Communication worked extremely well. We received quick answers to all our questions, and the entire leasing and relocation process was very straightforward.”

Arola was particularly impressed by how easy it was to reach the right people.

“Nowadays, it cannot be taken for granted that people will respond quickly. In this case, communication was excellent, and the same high level of service has continued even after the lease was signed.”

Good Premises Support Both Daily Work and a Sense of Community

The new premises have met Seuraamo Oy’s expectations and support the company’s day-to-day operations in many ways. The 24.5-square-metre office provides everything the company needs to deliver its accounting, administrative and property management services.

“The premises are bright, tidy and exactly the right size for us. Everything works well, and the meeting rooms, for example, are highly functional.”

The entire team has responded positively to the new premises.

“The move required a little effort, but the result has been well worth it. Everyone has settled in well and sees the change as a positive one.”

Reliable Cooperation Makes a Difference in Everyday Work

Functional premises and a reliable landlord help the company’s daily operations run smoothly. For this reason, Arola is happy to recommend Fokus Nordic as a partner to other businesses.

“Both the premises and the service have been excellent. We particularly appreciate that the service did not end when the lease was signed—the cooperation has continued just as smoothly ever since.”

When the five-person accounting firm Seuraamo Oy moved to new premises on Malmin Kauppatie in March 2026, its goal was to find an office that genuinely supports its day-to-day work.
